SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of shared access to files over Internet. Disclosed is method, comprising receiving, by a relay server, an upload request for two or more files sent from a first terminal, wherein upload request contains file information of two or more files; generating, by relay server, an extraction code based on file information of two or more files; storing, by relay server, file information of two or more files and corresponding extraction code; sending extraction code to first terminal; receiving, by relay server, said two or more files from first terminal after first terminal receives extraction code and uploads said two or more files to relay server; and uploading, by relay server, said two or more files to a file server to download, by second terminal, said two or more files from file server on basis of code extraction.

EFFECT: technical result is preventing multiple operations on data exchange for shared access to multiple files.
