SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and systems for providing access to a file from a web resource user, without need for web resource to store file on a server. Said result is achieved by obtaining identification information from a user via a communication network from a second server, which stores web resources and is separate from first server, wherein both first server and second server are connected to each other by means of a communication network, and identification information is created by user: accessing web resource, and electronic resource is associated with communication network, user provides access to file for web resource. User account of storage is serviced by first server. Selection is obtained using a form from file user for access by second server from files, stored user account of storage. File indication of file stored in user account of storage is created. File indication of file stored in user account of storage is sent to web resource.

EFFECT: technical result lies in saving memory resources and computational resources.
