SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-submersible equipment, namely, to borehole pump units of flip-type lowered into wells of small diameters. Submersible pump unit lowered onto a load-bearing cable into an auxiliary string inside the casing string contains an oil-filled submersible electric motor, a hydraulic protection, a flow module, an electric centrifugal pump, a suction channel, a check valve and a seal between the electric centrifugal pump and the auxiliary string. Above the oil-filled submersible electric motor there is a compensator, in which there are conductors of the load-bearing cable fixed in blocks of socket connectors installed in the head and in the base. Check valve is arranged between the flow module and the centrifugal pump.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at higher reliability and expanded functionality of the device.
