SUBSTANCE: device for determining the oxygen concentration, comprising a sensor disposed in the measuring chamber, and a power supply. The device according to the invention further comprises a cymometer, wherein the sensor element is designed as a microwave generator, and the power supply output coupled to an input microwave power generator, the power output of the microwave generator is connected to the cymometer input.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurement of oxygen concentration.
