FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: universal protector comprises an elongated body with a longitudinal recess to accommodate the cable having protective shields configured to grip the tubing pipes in the area of their connection, two brackets hingedly connected respectively to the body parts located on each side of the protective shields and envelopping the pipes. Each bracket is provided with a spring element located with the possibility to preload the tubes to the body. The body parts have locking tabs, and in the brackets there are locking grooves made corresponding to the tabs. The middle body part has a double bend, on each side of which the holes are made for the special keys adapted to align with the body and to rotate until they are fixed in the body for fixing the cable.
EFFECT: versatility of the design and ensuring reliable retention of the electric cable that excludes its damage during the operation.
