FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to safety devices used on cable power supply lines of submersible motors used as drives of centrifugal pumps. Protectoliser attaches extension cable to centrifugal pump components and comprises pump section made up of the base and journal made between flanges and lay-on protectoliser. The latter comprises casing made up of two protective ribs jointed by arc-like crosspiece. Note here that inner side surfaces of ribs and horizontal flange of crosspiece form a groove to receive the cable. One of the said ribs has holes to receive bolt with eccentric, the other rib is furnished with hole to receive bolt eccentric made on bolt rod. Note that axes of aforesaid rib holes are displaced relative to each other. Protectoliser casing can be mounted on bearing wall arranged on the pump station base and furnished with the hole to receive above described bolt with eccentric. The latter, when turned, makes protectoliser casing thrust upon cylindrical surface of journal flange on one side, and, on the other one, have its ribs in contact with horizontal and vertical surfaces of pump station base. Two recesses are made on sides of crosspiece horizontal flange to fasten the cable with the help of clamp and two fastening bolts or screws.
EFFECT: reduced sizes, higher reliability and simplified design.
