FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: seamless cold-rolled pipes, size 377×8-18 mm are produced from electroslag melting ingot billet of size 620×115×1750±25 mm, followed by insertion of ingot billet in the cross rolling mill in shell billet. Then, shell billets are heated, pierced and rolled in the cross rolling mill on a mandrel with a diameter of 440 mm with closing μ= 1.35 and rise in diameter δ=3.18% in shell with size 650×inner.455×2840-2930 mm. The shells are rooled on TPU 8-16" with Pilger mills with subsequent mechanical processing: boring and turning them into tube stock with size 474×18, 474×20, 474×24, 474×26 mm and rolled on the mill KhPT 450 in trade pipe size 377×8-18 mm.
EFFECT: reduction roughness of pipes outer and inner surfaces, as well as their value.
