SUBSTANCE: method comprises the casting of hollow ingots by electroslag remelting with 670×in.280×2100±50 mm, boring and turning them into hollow cakes with 650×in.300×2100±50 mm, heating of the cakes in a continuous furnace to a temperature of 1250-1260°C, drawing of the cakes from the furnace, greaseing of the cakes from both ends with a 50/50 mixture of graphite with sodium chloride with weight = 1000-1250 g, piercing-rolling of the cakes at helical rolling mill in cupped blank with 660×in.440×2760-2900 mm, cupped blank rolling on TPU 8-16" with pilger mills into hot-rolled tube stocks of 490×42×7400-7800 mm in size, cutting of technological waste - seeding ends and pilger heads with a hot sawing saw, straightening in a 6-hi leveler with rolling heating temperature for 2-3 passes to curvature not more than 6.0 mm for the total length of pipes, thermal processing of pipes - austenization, cutting of pipes into two pipes of equal length, mechanical boring and turning into billets of 474×28×3700-3900 mm, mechanically processed billets Pilgering on the CRT 450 mill into the trade pipes along the routes: 474×28×3700-3900 - 426×23×4750-5000, 474×28×3700-3900 - 426×24×4550-4800 and 474×28×3700-3900 - 426×25×4400-4600 mm and thermal processing of cold-rolled pipes.
EFFECT: reduced metal consumption.
