SUBSTANCE: cutting tool comprises the housing in the slot of which the cutting plate is installed, fixed by means of the L-shaped stuck with the cylindrical guiding part placed in the housing opening and having a groove perpendicular to its axis, and the screw placed in the threaded housing hole made parallel to the opening for the guiding stuck part and crossing it. Wherein the screw contacts by its butt surfaces with the side surfaces of the guiding stuck part groove. The groove of the cylindrical guiding stuck part is made annular, and on the guiding part itself a flat is made parallel to the axis, with the depth not less than the groove depth.

EFFECT: reduced time for tool assembly and disassembly.
