SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in cutting tools with mechanical attachment of cutting plates. Proposed tool comprises body with seat to accommodate cutting plate to be secured by L-like clamp with cylindrical guide section with recess arranged in body bore and screw arranged in the body threaded hole tom interact with clamp cylindrical guide section. Body threaded bore is made parallel with clamp cylindrical guide part and crosses it. Clamp cylindrical guide part recess is shaped to slot perpendicular to its axis such that its side surfaces interact with screw end face surfaces.

EFFECT: reliable attachment of cutting plate.
