SUBSTANCE: cutting tool comprises a housing, in the slot of which a cutting plate is mounted, fixed by the head of an L-shaped clamp with a cylindrical guide part located in the housing hole and having a locking protrusion, located in the sample housing, made parallel to the hole under the cylindrical guide part of the clamp and intersecting it, and a screw located in the threaded hole of the clamp parallel to the axis of the cylindrical guide. Sample of the body is located on the opposite side of the positioning of the sticking head, and the threaded hole of the sticking is made eccentrically cylindrical guide and intersecting it in such a way that a part of the screw extends beyond the cylindrical guide and forms a locking protrusion, with the magnitude of the eccentricity e of the cylindrical guide and the threaded hole chosen from the above mathematical relationship.

EFFECT: creation of small-sized tools, such as cutters and chisel is achieved.
