SUBSTANCE: method for skeletal muscle and myocardium tissue hypoxia determination in case of physical inactivity comprises determination of acetol (hydroxiacetone C3H6O2 GAS116-09-6) in exhaled air by chromatography mass spectrometry, prior to inactivity and during exposure, and in case of authentic reduction of acetol in exhaled air skeletal muscle and myocardium tissue hypoxia is diagnosed during physical inactivity.

EFFECT: method avoids invasive procedures and provides its implementation under different conditions for unlimited number of times and with any duration, that allows to carry out preventive measures against skeletal muscle and myocardium tissue hypoxia development during inactivity.
