FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tires curing hydraulic machine, with possibility of performing self-adjustment during mold without support plate adjustment. Technical result is achieved by tires curing hydraulic machine, containing frame, cross-beam mechanism, traction mechanism and forming mechanism. Traction mechanism comprises plurality of tie-rods groups, mold fixation mechanisms and hydraulic cylinders, which number is equal to number of tie-rods. Each tie-rods includes upper and lower traction modules, forming detachable connection to each other. Upper traction module is rigidly connected with upper crossbeam, and lower traction module is connected to lower crossbeam and corresponding hydraulic cylinder. Mold fixation mechanisms are connected with lower traction modules and each fixing mechanism comprises drive, swinging lever, plurality of connectors and, at least, one boss for ball pin, which are connected to each other, as well as detection devices for upper and lower traction modules connection position monitoring. Each of detecting devices comprises impact body and limit switch. Impact body is located on upper traction module. Switch is located on lower traction module and electrically connected with external control system.

EFFECT: technical result is decrease in total weight, increasing stability of mutual displacement of upper and lower traction modules and performance of mold self-adjusting control.
