SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an impregnation mandrel for producing gas turbines bodies, a machine for winding a fibrous structure onto the impregnation mandrel and a method of impregnating the fibrous structure for producing gas turbines bodies. Mandrel includes an annular wall, the profile of the outer surface of which corresponds to the profile of the body inner surface to be manufactured and two side flanges, the profiles of which correspond to profiles of external flanges of the body to be manufactured. Mandrel additionally comprises a removable clamp for the fibrous structure layer wound on the mandrel. Clamp comprises a detachable plate to be placed in an appropriate recess made in the mandrel wall.
EFFECT: invention enables higher quality of produced articles.
