SUBSTANCE: machine comprises of a receiving mandrel for storing and unwinding a fiber texture, which substantially has a horizontal axis of rotation. The impregnating mandrel serves to receive superimposed layers of the fiber texture that is unwound from the receiving mandrel, having an axis of rotation, that is substantially horizontal and parallel to the axis of rotation of the receiving mandrel. The camera is aimed at the fiber texture. The machine comprises of an image analysis unit for determining the intersections of the trace base fibers with the successive trace fibers and comparing these determined positions with the corresponding intersection positions of the reference trace base fibers and weft fibers and for determining the fiber texture offset for each of these intersections. Electric motors are designed to bring the mandrels into rotation around their respective axes of rotation. The control unit provides control of the electric motors driving the mandrel rotation.
