FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a compound composition intended for use in a moisture saturated environment of cavitation-resistant material for spillway elements of hydraulic structures, including protective structures, as well as for sealing of deep and shallow defects of concrete and reinforced concrete structures - for hydroelectric dams filtering cracks grouting and mountain ranges restoration. The compound includes epoxy-diane uncured resin, dibutyl phthalate, an amine hardener, chlorosulfonated polyethylene or polyethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (Sevilen), modifiers - polypropylene glycol and Laproxides, fillers - minium iron and ultrafine filler selected from the group consisting of carbon black, aerosil, as well as heat and light stabilizers from the group of oxydiphenylamine-4 and its N-alkyl derivatives at the certain ratio of components.
EFFECT: due to the optimized modifying effect of additives and their compatibility with the polymer matrix, compound cavitation resistance is achieved, as well as the ability to cure directly in an aqueous medium at a low temperature with exclusion of shrinkage, delamination and the need to prepare the substrate surface, with increased density without increasing the initial viscosity.
