SUBSTANCE: plough includes mouldboard-plowshare housings and cutters with the vertical rotation axis installed behind them. Wherein the cutters are mounted on the back side of the mouldboards, which provides dumping the milled soil to the furrow bottom, covering it with unmilled soil and thereby protecting the milled soil from water and wind erosion. The subsequent pre-sowing milling of the unmilled soil forms the whole arable layer of the milled soil.

EFFECT: minimizing the removal of soil contaminants together with harvested root crops and potatoes by machines of digging-out type.
