SUBSTANCE: invention relates to network communication technologies. Computer system comprises: a memory area, associated with a mobile computing device, said memory area stores a schema, representing a data usage plan, associated with a user, data usage plan describes threshold values, associated with network connections of one or more devices of the user; and a processor programmed to: dynamically generate data usage statistics for the user, data usage statistics representing network data, used under the data usage plan by the computing device; populate the schema, stored in the memory area of the device, with dynamically generated data usage statistics; and provide at least a portion of the populated schema to a web service for distribution to other computing devices of the user.
EFFECT: technical result is more secure data transmission in a network.
