FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: well consists of a cylindrical casing (1) equipped with a cover (2) and with the incoming (3) and outgoing (4) headers thereof. The cover (2) of the well has a hole (5), wherein the vent pipe (6) is set, a baffle plate (7) and the lower part of the pipe is located above the level of the incoming header. The base is provided with the annular hollow pipe (9) running on the bottom around the perimeter thereof and having air outlets with the initial part of the pipe branch formed as a plastic body (15) disposed in the well and connected to the source (13) of compressed air supplied by the compressor (14). Air outlets of the hollow pipe (9) are telescopic connections with the set movement relative to the bottom of the well.

EFFECT: constant temperature in the well and the outlet pipe with the baffle plate from the lower bottom of the well when operating under severe temperature conditions.
