SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of land development and can be used for automatic regulation of groundwater, mainly for drainage systems. The mouth of the drainage collector contains a well (12) with a discharge branch pipe (9) with elbows (3 and 5) and a water outlet head (18) of the discharge collector (19). The well (12) is closed from above by a cover (13), which has a spring-loaded air valve (14) to release air into the atmosphere. The locking elements (15 and 16) are hollow, have a hollow cone, the tops of which are oriented coaxially to each other and fixed rigidly to the movable lever (17) with the float (22), one of the locking elements overlaps the opening of the outlet pipe (9), and the other - opening of the head (18) of the water outlet collector (19). The locking elements (15 and 16) have large bases on the side of the overlap of the water outlets, made with flat pressure rings (23 and 24) with sealing flat rubber (25 and 26) in the form of disks oriented coaxially to the cavities of the branch pipe (9) and the head (18 ) the water outlet collector (19). The locking elements (15 and 16) are attached with their tops to the movable lever (17), one end of which is connected to the float (22), and the other to the axis of rotation (20), fixed in the walls of the well with the possibility of moving up or down the float elements of automatic action.
