FIELD: land reclamation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reclamation and can be used both in sprinkling and drying of agricultural lands. Drainage system contains drains 1, collector 2, in the mouth of which there is capacity 3 of well 4. Well 4 is provided with outlet branch pipe 5 with pipe bend 6. Float 9 with rod 8 and guides 10 is located in tank 3 of well 4. Float 9 in its lower part is communicating with shutter valve 7 mounted on outlet pipe 5 and has rubber seal 16, and rubber seal 17 is also located on outlet pipe 5. Float 9 has in its upper part lid 11, attached rod 12 provided with annular disc 13 which upon contact with float 9 comes into contact with horizontal plate 15 made of a ferromagnetic metal. Plate 15 has permanent magnets 18 fixing annular disc 13 with float 9 in the upper position after ascent. Stem 12 is connected to lever 20 by hinge 19 and through hinge 21 is connected to stem 22 with flap 23 overlapping the mouth of manifold 2. Reference numeral 14 designates an adjustable float stopper 9 with gate valve 7.

EFFECT: simplification of operating conditions and increase of reliability of land reclamation system due to simplicity of the device, its service life is extended and conditions for decreasing the material consumption are created.
