FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: public lavatory includes sinks and toilets with flush tanks. At least one toilet with a flush tank is connected to the drain holes of the sinks through a pipe and has a device with the help of which the flush tank of, at least, one other toilet is connected to the drain holes of the sinks through a supply pipe. The device opens the supply pipe when the flush tank, containing it, is full and closes it when the flush tank is empty. The flush tanks of all the toilets or part thereof are connected to the water supply system through a supply pipe.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of clean water, improved hygiene, reduced number of incidents of infectious diseases, creation of more comfortable environment for users, reduced operation costs.
