SUBSTANCE: device includes a flotation device, a ladle, and the hopper drive winch. It also comprises a frame mounted on the flotation device, on which the ladle is pivotally mounted. The ladle is adapted for reciprocating movement and change position relative to the water ground. Unloading the contents of the bucket into the tipper type of storage hopper provides the use of double-reel winch with reverse.
EFFECT: improved quality of performance of technological water purification process and reduction of its energy consumption.
