FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydromechanized extraction of silt deposits at great depths, including lime mud and sapropel, which are widely used in metallurgy, chemistry and paper production. Device for deep-water extraction of silt deposits and treatment of water bodies includes a waterborne vehicle with lifting winches arranged on it, a discharge pipeline connected to a soil intake unit. Soil intake unit includes a bearing plate made with longitudinal lower and upper ribs and equipped with a suspended cable fixed on one of the lifting winches of the waterborne vehicle. Between the upper ribs of the bearing plate there are at least two submersible chambers, in each of which there is at least one soil pump with a suction branch pipe. Between lower ribs at least two scraper buckets are mounted, each of which is combined with corresponding submersible chamber through corresponding suction branch pipe of soil pump for passage of silt deposits. Bearing plate on the side of the reservoir bottom is equipped with compensating support elements and is equipped with a working stroke cable for movement in the horizontal direction. Device additionally contains a submersible unit including a submersible platform, which is suspended on a suspended cable fixed on one of the waterborne vehicle winches, and fixed by anchor devices to the reservoir bottom. On the submersible platform there is a traction winch connected by a cable of the working stroke to the bearing plate of the soil intake unit.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and depth of device development, its reliability, reduced power consumption, reduction of negative impact on ecological system of seas and ocean, improvement of quality of extracted raw material of natural moisture without water absorption.
