FIELD: mining, particularly, devices for mineral mining on sea bottom. SUBSTANCE: complex includes surface base vessel, unit for mineral mining on sea bottom made in form of scraper plant whose drive is mounted on platform for turning in horizontal plane above bin for mineral transfer. Working unit of scraper plant is mounted on motor vehicle chassis with remote control. Bin for mineral transfer is made on frame with anchors for fixing to sea bottom. Frame is connected with load-hoisting winch of surface base vessel by anchor chain. Anchor chains are used in capacity of guides for moving of ore-hoisting means in form of buckets of multibucket plant. Bin is provided with metering device and device for loading of buckets. In addition, unit for mineral gathering may be provided with motor- vehicle chassis with bulldozer unit and remote control. For lowering of additional motor-vehicle chassis, vessel is furnished with additional load-hoisting winch with anchor chain. Suspended from end of anchor chain is cage with anchors for fixing to sea bottom. EFFECT: provided mineral gathering over large area, automatic loading of buckets in their moving along channel of metering device, reduced losses due to final cleaning of worked out surface. 3 cl, 8 dwg, 1 ex
