SUBSTANCE: system includes the signaling channel that provides the event reminders service for at least two clients at the same time. The channel receives the signaling channel clients' subscription list, by which the reminders of the events are transmitted for each client in the subscription list. The signaling channel points to each client to issue a reminder of an event in accordance with said reminder event. Wherein it is necessary for the user to set a notification signal for individual events. If the user forgets to set the notification signal, he/she misses important events, or an event notification may be issued too late for the user to set an event reminder. The system provides the authority authentication to open the signalling channel, as well as determining the status of the network used for communication while transmitting a reminder event to the client.
