SUBSTANCE: via IPSec protocol, a tunnel connection is set between a user equipment (hereinafter – UE) device and a non-3GPP interworking function (N3IWF) using a non-3GPP radio access technology (N3GPP), a request is performed in the first object of a core network (hereinafter – CN) of the delivery of messages of a public warning system (hereinafter – PWS), and the first object of CN network is provided with information about the location of UE device.
EFFECT: ensuring the delivery of PWS messages to UE along the radio network that does not correspond to 3GPP.
