With present invention, a user can clearly know that current unsatisfactory service caused by a mismatch between state of user's bandwidth and current requirement of bandwidth services, and may also take suitable measures to analyse and solve problems.

EFFECT: invention discloses a method that includes: identifying network side accessible user bandwidth and bandwidth requirements services currently used by said user, comparison of said network side available bandwidth of said user, and demands for bandwidth services, currently used by said user, and notifying said user of said network side of bandwidth state according to comparison result.
