SUBSTANCE: housing has two parallel sides, each of which has a spike. The device comprises two parallel side wings formed in the control panel compartment and forming a groove oriented longitudinally and comprising an entry area and a bottom area. The bottom area is lower than the entry area. The spike comprises a compressible part for pushing the spike in the vertical direction in the groove bottom area during the spike longitudinal introduction in the groove. In this case, the spike comprises a central part, from which extend two opposing symmetrical racks, each of which is provided with two curved legs parallel to the racks and forming longitudinal anchoring elements, symmetrical with respect to the central part and resiliently compressible in height.
