FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: hot blow air heater includes a furnace body, the furnace casing and the lining formed within the furnace casing. The lining includes a refractory coating, located inside the furnace casing, heat-insulating bricks, installed inside the refractory coating, and refractory bricks, installed inside the insulating bricks. Heat-insulating bricks and refractory bricks are installed inside the furnace casing at a distance from it. Then refractory coating is entered between the furnace casing and heat-insulating bricks, and solidification of refractory fibers is provided.
EFFECT: reduced time required to manufacture the air heater.
