FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method includes electrospark alloying of the mentioned contacts during rotary disc revolution with a rotation speed within the range of 30-50 rpm and during the transfer to the alloying electrode of vibration with a frequency of between 15-30 Hz and an amplitude of 0.5 mm along with the simultaneous avancing of the electrode transverse to the rotation direction by 0.07 mm per one revolution of the rotary disc, hereby a graphite rod with a section of 0.09 cm2 is used as an alloying electrode.
EFFECT: increased operational life and reliability of sliding electrical contacts.
