SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering, namely to equipment for works in space conditions, and also can be used in ground conditions and during underwater works. Device is proposed, comprising bearing structure in form of two plates (1), fixed by means of connecting bars (2), on periphery of plates perpendicular to them with equal gaps posts (3) are located, on outer surface of which brackets (4) are fixed in two parallel rows perpendicular to post, wherein on plate opposite each post there is support (5), forming space for laying flexible element extended along length between brackets and post, as well as method of laying flexible element extended along length in space conditions.

EFFECT: invention solves task of creation of ergonomic and portable device with respect to cosmonaut, especially equipped in space suit, due to integrity of flexible element extended along length, convenience of fixation, transportation and laying it on outer surface of space object.
