SUBSTANCE: device for the banknote handling includes an inlet, the first conveying unit, the second conveying unit, a banknote stacker, a bundle binding unit and a dispensing port. The inlet serves to grip banknotes. The conveying units are adapted to transport each of the gripped banknote. The stacker is adapted to stack banknotes. The binding unit binds the stacked banknotes in bundles. The stacked banknotes are issued by the dispensing port. The inlet is located in the lower half section of the housing. The dispensing port is located in the upper half section of the housing.
