FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: plant on thermal neutralisation of vapors and industrial wastes of propellant components, containing the coated cyclone combustion chamber, positioned in the container, configured as a horizontal cylinder with the rear part in the form of a cone with an air cooling jacket and a fan, suppling the ambient air into the cooling jacket of the cyclone chamber, the burner of combustion process stability maintaining, using a hydrocarbon fuel, located in the front end part of the cyclone combustion chamber, the storage container for the hydrocarbon fuel and the chimney, at that from the pilot burner 6 in the combustion chamber 1 the fine mixture of hydrocarbon fuel and compressed air supplied to the burners 4 and 5 is flashed. For combustion the vapors of propellant components are supplied along the line 9 to tangentially mounted cylindrical connector 8 at the cylindrical insert 7 for tangential rotation, which is increased by the swirler 12, when mixture enters into the cyclone combustion chamber 1. For combustion the industrial wastewater of propellant component is supplied from the tank 26 to the nozzle 10 by the pump 34 and through a swirler 12 enters into the combustion chamber 1. For a deeper cleaning of combustion products exhaust gases from the harmful components the exhaust gases are treated with aqueous solution of carbamide, supplied from the dosing tank 17 into the combustion chamber 1 through the nozzle 20. After cleaning in the neutralisation chamber 13 the exhaust gases are removed through the chimney 21 into the environment.
EFFECT: improving the combustion efficiency of the vapors or industrial wastewaters of propellant components, increasing of ecological cleanliness, reduction of the main hydrocarbon fuel flow rate.
