FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of industrial and domestic wastes. Proposed device comprises pyrolysis reactor 5, solid product discharge system, pyrolysis gas discharge means, shell-and-tube heat exchanger 13, pyrolysis solid product intake, pyrolysis gas condenser 26 and flue gas discharge means 16. Shell-and-tube heat exchanger 13 is equipped with burner 10 connected to tubes 12. Heat exchanger tube space is filled with dispersed material 17 with particle size of 3-10 mm. Inlet of pyrolysis gas discharge means 20 is connected to pyrolysis reactor 5 while its outlet is connected to tube space of heat exchanger 13. Inlet of condenser 26 is connected to pyrolysis reactor jacket 14 connected to heat exchanger tubes 12. Solids intake is composed by grinder 31, magnetic separator 42, micro grinder 44 connected to solids discharge system 40, air blast apparatus 49 connected with cyclone reactor 33 equipped with vortex burner 52 with atomiser 48 arranged at its axis. Cyclone 59, air blast apparatus 60 and electrostatic separator 62 are connected to cyclone reactor 33. Gas outlet of bag filter 66 is connected to heat exchanger burner 10.
EFFECT: higher quality of soot, lower power consumption and reduced harmful emissions.
