FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and apparatus for thermal decontamination of liquid wastes. Device contains a unit for complex preparation of liquid wastes for thermal recycling (UPWTR), which includes: process line for preparation of liquid wastes for thermal recycling (PLP), process line for supply of liquid wastes for thermal recycling (PLS), system of automated control of technological processes and power supply (SACP), and which is configured to remove coarse contaminants from liquid wastes entering the inlet together with process water. Device also has a buffer tank unit (BTU), the input of which is connected to the output of the UPWTR, which is configured to accumulate liquid wastes without large contaminants and with the possibility of their uniform supply with a given flow rate and head at the outlet, which is connected to the UPWTR. Device also has a thermal recycling unit (TRU) consisting of a horizontal combustion chamber and a vertical cyclone afterburning chamber, the inlet of which is connected to the outputs of the UPWTR, NPSU and the fuel gas line, and which are configured to burn liquid wastes. Afterburner chamber is configured to collect and discharge ash with a double unloading valve installed on the conical bottom of the afterburner. TRU includes gas burner device containing pneumatic nozzles installed before horizontal combustion chamber. TRU also includes flow meter for supply of liquid wastes, fuel gas, air, temperature sensor, which are made with possibility of monitoring, adjustment and automatic control of ratio of supply of components of supplied fuel gas, air, liquid wastes and temperature in volume of both combustion chambers of TRU. Device also includes a nitrogen preparation and supply unit (NPSU) configured to receive, store and supply nitrogen into the combustion chamber of the TRU when a fire signal is triggered.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of disposal, increasing the productivity of the apparatus, increasing safety.
