FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a charge for making the porous permeable catalytic material by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) method which can be used to produce catalytic neutralisation reactors of internal combustion engine exhaust gases, filter elements, flame arresters and aerators. The charge comprises chromium, nickel, aluminium, ilmenite ore and cuprum.
EFFECT: high-quality catalytic purification of internal combustion engine exhaust gases, increased resistance to dynamic and static loads of products made on the basis of porous permeable material of the mentioned charge.
