FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: interferometer comprises a laser illuminator, a concave spherical mirror with a central hole coaxial to the illuminator, a beam splitter like a cube-prism with a semitransparent hypotenuse face. A microspheric - concave or convex - mirror is formed on the first flat face of the cube-prism, the center of which is located on the optical axis of the interferometer.
EFFECT: reducing the overall sizes of the interferometer, increasing the numerical aperture and improving the quality of the outgoing wavefront, expanding the use range.
