FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: energy saving coating comprises epoxy resin, curing agent and hollow glass microspheres. It contains 1,4-diazo-bicyclo (2,2,2) octane as a hardener or hardener component. The coating consists of at least three layers. The lower and upper layers comprise the following ratio of components, % vol: epoxy resin - 40-80, hardener - 15-55, hollow glass microspheres - 1-5, the middle layer contains the following ratio of components, % vol: epoxy resin -. 20-30; hardener - 5.10, hollow glass microspheres - 50-70. The process of energy-saving coating formation is characterized by successive application of layers. Each subsequent layer is applied after a time interval of not more than half the time required for complete drying of the layer and which is pre-determined for specific coating conditions.
EFFECT: high degree of coating adhesion to the surface together with a high degree of thermal insulation properties, high coating resistance to various mechanical and thermal deformations.
