SUBSTANCE: energy-preserving anticorrosion coating with reduced fire hazard includes filling agent - closed noncombustible glass hollow microspheres 3M with size from 30 to 110 mcm, representing free-flowing powders with bulk density 0.10-0.15 g/cm3, titanium dioxide, additionally contains latex of grade SKD-1S, acryl dispersions "Akremos-101" and "Akremos-402", fluralit (nano-polytetrafluoroethylene), flame retardants - decabromodiphenyloxide and aluminium hydroxide, fungicide - polyhexamethylguanidine phosphate, foam extinguisher BYK-037, with the following component ratio, wt.p.: latex of grade SKD-1S- 4.00-27.92, acryl dispersion "Akremos-101" - 32.00-55.20, acryl dispersion "Akremos-402" - 0.77-0.80, glass hollow microspheres 3M - 14.54-35.86, Fluralit (nano-polytetrafluoroethylene) - 1.00-6.20, decabromodiphenyloxide - 4.80-7.00, aluminium hydroxide - 5.10-5.10, titanium dioxide - 0.70-1.20, polyhexamethylguanidine phosphate - 0.22-0.24, foam extinguisher BYK-037 - 0.32-0.35.
EFFECT: method is characterised by good manufacturability, coating is characterized by low heat conductivity, good strength, anticorrosion, fungicidal and fire-protective properties.
