FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat and fire protection means and can be used to increase heat resistance and heat transfer resistance of various equipment and building structures to a given level. This composition contains a base and a hardener, wherein the base contains a polymer binder – epoxy resin “ЭД-20”, as well as functional fillers – corundum, aluminosilicate microspheres and single-layer carbon nanotubes, additionally contains fire retardants – antimony (III) oxide, aluminium hydroxide, zinc borate and chlorinated paraffin wax, and an organic solvent – ethyl acetate, and as a curing agent it contains an amine type curing agent.
EFFECT: obtained coating has improved physical and mechanical properties, in particular, has high heat-insulating properties in combination with good adhesion, has higher adhesion values and thermal conductivity values.
