FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: portable autonomous emitting device designed for photodynamic therapy of vulva and/or anus, comprises: a flexible body with two flexible layers, tightly attached to each other along the periphery and creating a sealing, and a flexible silicone layer located between two flexible layers. In this case, one of the flexible layers and a silicone layer form the processing surface arranged to match with the processed portion of ulva and/or anus that are to be processed. The silicone layer covers the light emitting portions of the lighting system to direct light to the precessed area, and the power source for the lighting system. The lighting system is arranged to provide lighting with energy flux density of 50 mW/cm2 or less. Device application within a method of photodynamic therapy of the vulva and/or anus processed area comprises application of a composition containing a photosensitizer or precursor to the processed area, device imposition onto the processed area providing a contact with the processing device surface and processed area lighting using the lighting system. A kit for photodynamic therapy of vulva and/or anus comprises a device and a composition including a photosensitizer or a photosensitizer precursor. At that, the composition comprises 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA), or its derivative, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical means for vulva or anus photodynamic therapy.
