FIELD: medical science.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dermatology, and may be used for treating leukoplakia of external genital organs. A photosensitizer is introduced intravenously, and 30 min later, blood is photomodified by a main light guide. That is followed by the autoplasma therapy involving injecting plasma in amount of 3-5 ml into the involved areas of external genital organs under local anaesthesia. After that, under control of fluorescent diagnosis by means of light-emitting diode illuminator external genital organs are exposed to apparatus with power 40 mW, pulse 70/30 generation mode for 20-25 minutes with density of energy supplied to focus of 250-400 J/cm2.
EFFECT: method allows to achieve recovery of affected tissues of external genital organs, complete elimination of human papilloma virus and herpes virus, and also to reduce the rehabilitation time due to the combined use of blood photomodification, photodynamic therapy and autoplasmatherapy with optimal modes.
