SUBSTANCE: method includes ingots casting with electroslag remelting, turning them into ingots-billets with the size of 620×1750±25 mm, drilling of the central hole with a diameter of 115±5 mm in ingots-billets, the ingot-billets heating to a temperature of 1250-1260°C, grease feeding into the ingot-billets central drilling in the form of mixture of graphite and common salt in a ratio of 50/50 by weight of 400-500 g, ingots piercing in the cross-rolling mill into the hollow billets with size of 640×in.315×2020-2080 mm, hollow billets heating from a cold charging to a temperature of 1250-1260°C, grease feeding into the hollow billets in the form of a mixture of graphite and common salt in a ratio of 50/50 with a weight of 600-700 g, piercing-rolling of the hollow billets at helical rolling mill in cupped blanks with 680×in.525×3290-3390 mm, cupped blanks rolling on TPU 8-16" with pilger mills into the tube stocks with the size of 550×35×7000-7300 mm, cutting of the pipes with the size of 550×35×7000-7300 mm into two parts of equal length, machining: boring and turning into trade pipes with a size of 530×13-18×3500-3650 mm.
EFFECT: reduction of a metal consumption coefficient.
