SUBSTANCE: method involves casting a hollow ingots by electroslag remelting, boring and turning them into hollow ingot workpieces, heating of ingot workpieces, supplying from the two ends of the ingot workpieces lubricant in the form of a graphite mixture of with sodium chloride, flash-rollers of ingot workpieces in the mill of the cross-vintovoy rolling on a mandrel in the sleeves, sleeves rolling to TPU 8-16" with Pilger mills at taper mandrels into rerolled hot-rolled pipes, cutting of process waste: seed ends and pilger heads by hot saw, straightening in a 6-hi leveler with rolling heating temperature, austenitization, cutting of pipes on two pipes of equal length, machining, boring and turning in rerolled tube workpieces and machined tube workpieces at KhPT 450 mill into trade pipes.
EFFECT: reduction of metal consumption, reducing roughness of the outer and inner pipes surfaces, productivity increase with Pilger mills, increase of pipes length and reduction in their value.
