FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: eccentric press comprises a frame, two legs, slide, horizontal table and the eccentric shaft. Racks are designed as molded rolling pin base frame, in which guides for the slide and table are located. The eccentric shaft is placed in the bearings on the frame under the table with the ability to drive on the wheel. On the middle part of the eccentric shaft, the rocking chair is placed under the desk. Rocking chair is in rolling contact with a table through a system of reference beads. The slider is configured with rolling pin holes having a conical zone. In mentioned zone there is a group of balls, each of which consists of identical beads and located at a level, which is determined by diameter of balls. Between the groups of beads there is a gap.
