SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering, and particularly to processing of requests in client-server architecture. Method of fulfilling requests for a device, having a processor, executing at least one local client application, wherein method includes a step of executing on device commands, configured to generate a local server, connecting at least one server script with at least one local event, upon receiving from local client application a subscription request specifying a selected local event, associating selected local event with local client application, upon detecting a local event associated with at least one server script and a local client application, executing within local server, server scripts associated with and relating to local event, on behalf of local client application, upon receiving a subscription request specifying a target from local client application, determining whether target comprises local server on device, and presenting subscription request specifying target to local server upon determining that target comprises local server on device, and sending subscription request specifying target to a remote server upon determining that target comprises remote server outside of device.

EFFECT: efficient processing of requests on behalf of a client applications by a server on same device.
