FIELD: physics, computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to client-server systems, particularly to technologies where a server and a router are situated in the same physical computer system which employs optimised transportation to transfer a client request from the router to the server and returning a response. The system comprises server and router modules. The router module receives a client request and, to execute the request, obtains a network address of a server module, and determines whether the server module runs on the same computer. If it is determined that the server module is not running on the same computer, the router module reroutes the client request to the server module, and if it is determined that the server module is running, the router module reroutes the client request to the server module using optimised transportation.
EFFECT: creating optimised transportation within one computer which does not require routing a client request over a network.
