SUBSTANCE: anti-slipping device comprises brake mechanisms of the driving wheels and the parking brake drive connected to them, comprising drive levers, rollers, brake cables, an equalizer, a thrust, a lever with a pull-off spring, a control cable, the rollers, a control lever with a rack and a latch, as well as individual brake drives. The drive includes a double-arm control lever with a return spring and a ratchet fitted on the axis, cylindrical washers rigidly fitted on an elongated front portion of the brake cable before the two-armed lever bottom end and the equalizer, and the brake cable is freely passed through the openings in the equalizer end and the control lever bottom end, having cylindrical recesses in the front portion, the cylindrical washers having corresponding axial cylindrical projections entering these recesses.
