FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: stand for diagnosis of vehicle suspension silent blocks includes an electric motor coupled to a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic tank, a lever with the tested silent block and the device to move the lever. The lever-moving device is designed as a crank mechanism mounted with the possibility of changing the radius of the crank and the connecting rod length. The connecting rod is attached to the platform mounted for vertical movement along the guides. The platform is equipped with a motion sensor and a matching device mounted to move horizontally. In matching device, a force sensor is rigidly attached connected via a ball joint with a lever. The motion and force sensors are connected to an analog-digital converter connected to the electronic computer. The crank mechanism is connected to a hydraulic pump through a reduction gear and a motor.
EFFECT: improved accuracy and efficiency of diagnosis and reduced likelihood of making false diagnoses.
